I am very happy with the copying and printing and FAX functions thus far. The only problem I have with its functions are that the document feeder and scanner combination overscans pages. The image created in .pdf mode is almost an inch too long - 0.75' added to the bottom and 0.25' added to the top of all pages scanned.
I have reinstalled all drivers and updated firmware to no avail. No way will this scanner do its job correctly. I routinely have to crop 0.75' off the bottom of every scanned page when I scan to a .pdf file. Scanning to a .jpg document is considerably better. No cropping is needed.
I have been in chat with Samsung tech support for the better part of a day with no solution. The most recent session ended with the tech saying she knew exactly what was wrong, but there was no fix at this time.
